Skimboarding in Canada includes both the flatland skimboarding and wave s kimboarding scenes. The flatland skimboarding scene is a much more predominant scene in Canada, which includes rail riding and lots of ollie tricks. Skimboarders in British Columbia will hit up beaches such as Spanish Banks, Boundary Bay, Arbutus Cove, Saratoga Beach and Goose Spit. These are only a small amount of beaches that actually exist in British Columbia that are available for skimboarding (a larger list exists HERE). British Columbians have hosted a great number of skimboarding events, and even have had sponsors including the University of Victoria's Engineering Student's Society...
